2004r zostaje wydany album Encore, który tak jak poprzedni album szybko zyskuje popularność. Płyta została wcześniej wydana na sprzedaż, ponieważ pojawiła się nielegalnie wcześniej w internecie. Album promowany był singlem ,, Just Lose It", który charakteryzuję się krytyką oraz prześmiewaniem z znanych osób np. Micheala Jacksona czy Madonny (parodiuje ją również w teledysku). Just Lose It okazał się być najbardziej kontrowersyjnym kawałkiem. Album Marshalla również podejmuje poważne tematy, takie jak wojna oraz polityka.
